E-Statements
We are in the process of updating our e-statement process. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we update this process. If you need a statement and/or are having trouble accessing your statements, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you.
Go paperless with E-statements; a safe and convenient way to manage your accounts. You’ll receive an email at the beginning of each month, notifying you that your statement is available and can be securely viewed online by logging into CU-Online. You can print a copy for your records if you prefer having a paper version.
You must be a current CU-Online user in order to register for this service. Your first E-Statement will be for the month in which you complete the enrollment process. Enrolling in E-Statements applies only to future statements, so please note that any past paper statements you received in the mail will not be available for viewing in CU-Online.
