An Important Message to TUMCU Members

The United Methodist Credit Union is upgrading its core system to improve support for our Members. To make this upgrade possible, TUMCU will be closed on Wednesday, April 1st.

What do our Members need to know about this upgrade?

  • Online Banking/Services will be available until 5 pm on Tuesday, Marc 31 and will resume as soon as possible on Thursday, April 2
  • You can call or email us on April 1 since we will be in the office installing the new upgrade, but we will not be able to move funds or complete any transactions that day
  • You will continue to use the same Login ID and Password to sign into Online Banking and the Mobile App – these will both look and function the same after the upgrade
  • While credit and debit cards will be active and available on April 1, funds available using the debit card will be limited until the system is restored the next day

The TUMCU staff have worked for months planning for this upgrade so that we can offer our Members better service and support. We thank you for your understanding as we close this one day to make this upgrade possible.
