New Security Feature

As of 2/19/2026, when logging into your online TUMCU account using Online Banking or the TUMCU app, accounts will now be authenticated using the phone number on file by either text or phone call. Either way, you’ll get a code to enter for access to the site or mobile app. If you don’t get an email or text message when logging in, we probably do not have your most current contact information on file. If that is the case, please call us at 866-657-0004 or email us at creditunion@tumcu.org.

Going forward, this authentication will only occur under certain circumstances (like accessing from a different device or location).
