(Online) Individual Membership Application
Use the printable form or online application link to apply for membership with The United Methodist Credit Union. Once the application is submitted and received, you will receive information regarding your application from a representative within one business day. To thank you for becoming our member, TUMCU will place the first $5 into your account for you when the account is opened.
Grants For Youth Groups Application
Use this form to request up to $500 for your youth group’s special project, ministry, or mission trip. Grants are awarded once per quarter, and recipients of the grant will be announced within a week after each deadline.
Loan Application (used for educational, personal, and vehicle)
Use this form to apply for a variety of loans including educational, personal, and vehicle. Once the application is submitted and received, you will receive information regarding your application from a representative within one business day.
Church & Organization Membership Application
Use this form if you are a group applying for membership to the credit union. Your group can be an affiliated church, organization, or agency of The United Methodist Church. To thank you for becoming our member, TUMCU will place the first $5 into your account for you when the account is opened.
Christmas Loan Application
Use this form to apply for a Christmas Loan to assist you and your family during the holiday season. We will loan any member that is in good-standing with us up to $1,000 with a fixed APR of 14%.
Individual VISA Credit Card Application
Use this form to apply for an individual VISA Credit Card Application. When you use both your TUMCU debit and credit cards, you will earn a point for every dollar spent which you can redeem by giving to UMCOR, UMFS, Heart Havens, or your own personal and local United Methodist Church!
Business VISA Application
Use this form to apply for credit cards for your agency, church, or organization. The individual who creates the account for his or her organization will receive a consolidated statement showing the purchases made by all those with issued credit cards making it easier on you to keep track of payments.
Update Member/Account Information
Use this form to update any detail of your account membership such as your address, phone number, or email address.
Incoming Transfer Authorization
Use this form to allow TUMCU to initiate electronic transfers of funds from another financial institution into your account here at TUMCU.
Overdraft Protection Authorization
This form allows you to designate which accounts can be used to cover an “insufficient funds” condition in your TUMCU checking account.
Setup VISA Autopay
Use this form if you would like to make your TUMCU VISA card payment automatically from an account at another financial institution.
VISA Balance Transfer
Use this form to transfer balances from other credit cards to your TUMCU VISA account.
